ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of cloud-based constituent engagement solutions and services designed for associations and non-profits — and the developers of the iMIS Engagement Management System (EMS) — announced today the launch of its 2026 iMIS Membership Performance Benchmark Survey.  Association, union, and membership professionals are encouraged to add their voices to this global conversation on the issues affecting non-profits worldwide. Take the survey here by September 30.

For more than 10 years, the iMIS Membership Performance Benchmark Survey has captured insights from thousands of frontline professionals — becoming one of the most trusted sources for industry trends. It explores critical areas such as member recruitment, engagement and retention strategies, organizational goals and challenges, and the role of technology in digital transformation.

Survey respondents will enjoy exclusive early access to the results ahead of the report’s Q1 2026 release.  This year’s edition takes just 5 minutes to complete, and responses will be accepted through September 30, 2025; all responses will be kept confidential and analyzed in aggregate only.

For every participant, iMIS is donating US$1 (up to $1000) to The Toy Foundation, the uniting force for the collective philanthropy of the toy industry to benefit all children in need. The Toy Foundation’s signature programs include the Toy Chest — the only industry-wide giving initiative that harnesses the power of toys to bring joy to children in need — and the Play Fund — the only industry-wide funding initiative that brings the power of play to hospitals and disaster zones helping comfort children where they need it most.

“Each year, the iMIS Benchmark Survey provides an invaluable snapshot of how member-centric organizations are adapting to new challenges and opportunities,” said Debbie Willis, ASI’s Global Vice President of Marketing. “By participating, professionals will not only help shape industry insights but also gain advance access to intelligence that can directly impact their strategies and decision-making for 2026.”
