CEO Sudesh Jeewon and Company Secretary Roshni Nowjee, along with country manager Mr Maznavi and local Director Mr Mohan Kumar, welcomed guests and partners to the official cutting of the ribbon ceremony on Friday, 6th June 2025, at 10.30 am local time in Kuala Lumpur. This was followed by prayers in all the main religions, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and also in the Orthodox Christian method. Guests were then introduced to each other and DCAS College, and were served with refreshments.

The CEO of Dublin College of Advanced Studies, also trading as DCAS College from Dublin, Ireland, cut the ceremonial ribbon in front of guests and well-wishes on the auspicious day of the 6th June 202,5 which preceded the Muslim festival of Eid Ul Adha, one of the most important festivals in the Muslim calendar. Prayers were read by various guests and by a priest in all the main religions of the world for the business to flourish in Malaysia.
Malaysia is one of the main target markets for DCAS College. Over the years, Malaysian students have come to study with DCAS College in their hundreds simply by word of mouth.
It was eventually decided to open a Representative Office in Malaysia to facilitate the enrolment process, and the office was opened.
