Drawing on 10 years of experience in rehabilitation, strength training, and performance coaching, TJ will help you to reach your goals with precision and care.
He loves his work. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and honors graduate from San Diego State University, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in fitness and nutrition. This education has given TJ deep insight into how the human body works.
TJ’s passion for fitness began with competitive baseball as a child. During his high school years, he discovered the life-changing power of personal training. These focused workouts transformed his strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and confidence to a higher level of happiness.
This powerful experience inspired TJ to dedicate his life to helping others achieve lasting fitness in both mind and body.
His training sessions are enjoyable and innovative, featuring dynamic warm-ups and a variety of exercises that encompass strength conditioning, cardio, and stretching.
