Hello investors,
I’m David Thompson, currently serving as a Senior Financial Advisor at Nomura Holdings’ Canadian branch. Today, I’d like to provide an in-depth explanation of a very critical question:

Why must the Wealth growth initiative be executed through institutional accounts?
1.What is an institutional account?
An institutional account is a dedicated trading account opened by companies, funds, or professional investment institutions with a securities firm, often referred to as a VIP institutional account in the industry.
This type of account has direct access to exchanges and enjoys core privileges such as order matching priority and access priority across all standard financial products, including stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, futures, and derivatives. In simple terms, a regular account is a retail channel, while an institutional account is a VIP channel to the financial markets.
2.Institutional accounts have several distinct advantages compared to personal accounts:
1) Broader scope of application: Institutional stock accounts are typically allowed to engage in a wider range of investment activities, including securities, futures, foreign exchange, bonds, and other types of investments. Personal accounts may have certain restrictions, limiting the ability to conduct more complex investment operations.
2) Greater trading flexibility: Compared to personal accounts, institutional accounts can accommodate larger amounts of capital and leverage, allowing for a more robust structure when participating in the market, thus creating economies of scale.
3) Professional investment service support: Securities firms provide more personalized and specialized investment services for institutional accounts. Institutional accounts have access to dedicated investment advisors and research teams, offering tailored investment advice and strategies for institutional clients.
4) More trading channels and tools: Institutional stock accounts typically have access to more trading channels and tools. For example, institutional accounts can use professional trading terminals, direct market access features, as well as more advanced trading software and quoting systems.
5) Easier fund management: Institutional stock accounts offer more convenient and flexible fund management tools. These accounts allow for easier deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and allocation of funds, helping institutional clients better manage their investment capital.
3.Why must the Wealth growth initiative rely on institutional accounts?
The Wealth growth initiative aims not just for short-term rapid wealth growth, but for high-efficiency, strategic asset appreciation.
What we emphasize is prioritize the layout, precisely control the timing, and achieving steady profits.
However, retail investors’ securities accounts are limited in terms of permissions: for example, they cannot access AI systems, participate in institutional-linked strategies, or enjoy order-matching priority. As a result, they cannot engage in projects jointly laid out with institutions. By executing through institutional accounts, we can enter the market simultaneously with foreign capital and institutions, participate in the layout together, and truly align with the institutional pace, institutional efficiency, and institutional results.
4.A simple analogy An institutional account is like the VIP window at a bank. Regular customers need to wait in line, while VIP clients can use the exclusive channel for priority service. Similarly, in the stock market, institutional accounts enjoy the privileges of priority order execution and priority transaction. This is the key foundation that enables our program to achieve a 7x, or even greater, asset growth.

Lastly, I’d like to say: Institutional accounts provide us with a VIP channel into the financial markets, giving capital faster growth momentum and higher potential returns.
