Vendors recognized in four categories, with nine earning multiple awards
LAFAYETTE, Ind. – June 19, 2025 – Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) has recognized 24 suppliers for exceptional performance over the past year, with BASF Corp. as the only company to earn the top Presidential Award.
“We’re proud to recognize the top performers in our supply chain—partners who have consistently exemplified excellence in both quality and delivery,” said Scott Brand, president and chief operating officer of SIA. “Of nearly 260 suppliers supporting our operations, this distinguished group has truly set itself apart.”
Winners received awards across four categories:
Special Recognition – Above and beyond effort as identified by SIA management
Commodity Leader – Top scoring supplier in commodity category
Excellent Performance – Achievement of SIA targets for safety, quality, cost and delivery
Presidential – Five consecutive years as recipient of the Excellent Performance Award
Nine companies had the distinction of receiving an award in two categories.
“Their unwavering commitment and shared dedication to our vision are instrumental to our continued success,” said Brand. “We deeply value their partnership and high standards of performance.”
SIA is Subaru’s only manufacturing facility outside of Japan and currently builds the Ascent, Crosstrek, Legacy and Outback models for North America. Since beginning production in 1989, more than 7 million vehicles have been built. The following is the complete list of winners:
