Linshu, Shandong The Advancement Journey of a “Hidden Champion” in Lunan’s Fabric Storage Industry

August 23, 2026

From an ordinary fabric processing factory to a leading source manufacturer of cotton and linen fabric storage products in the Lunan region, and finally to a national-level high-tech enterprise — Xiyue Home Textile Crafts Co., Ltd., based in Linshu County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, has achieved a “three-stage leap” over fifteen years. Since beginning production in 2010, the company has remained committed to innovation-driven development and craftsmanship-based growth. In 2025, it was recognized as a national-level high-tech enterprise, becoming one of the few local fabric processing companies holding dual certifications and serving as a benchmark in the industry.

Stepping into Xiyue Home Textile’s standardized workshop, fully automated digital heat transfer printing equipment, intelligent laser fabric cutting machines, and high-speed computerized sewing machines are operating in coordination. The entire process from cutting and printing to sewing has achieved programmed and standardized operations.

The company’s products cover four major series: home storage products, daily-use bags, kitchen textiles, and composite craftsmanship products. More than 1,000 ready-to-ship product models cover a wide range of household application scenarios.

In material selection, the company strictly chooses premium environmentally friendly fabrics that are breathable, wear-resistant, and odor-free. These materials can come into direct contact with clothing and food, making them suitable for ordinary households as well as mother-and-baby application scenarios. The products have passed authoritative SGS testing and meet international environmental standards for household products.

A fully integrated independent production system is the core competitive advantage behind Xiyue Home Textile’s improvements in quality and cost efficiency. From raw material procurement, creative design, and digital printing to finished product processing, every stage is independently operated without reliance on external subcontracting.

“We eliminate outsourced processing steps, which not only shortens the production cycle and effectively controls costs, but also ensures stable and controllable product quality,” said Yu Jing, manager of the Planning Department.

With complete registration qualifications for the processing of exported animal and plant products, the company has independent foreign trade customs declaration and export capabilities. It can undertake cross-border orders from Japan, Europe, and the United States through a one-stop service model, while maintaining long-term stable supply to supermarkets and cross-border brands in multiple countries.

At the same time, the company flexibly implements small-batch customized production, allowing customers to first create samples and place trial orders. After confirming market feedback, large-scale production can then be carried out, significantly reducing trial-and-error risks for partners. Through this approach, the company has accumulated a large base of stable customers.

Currently, the company owns four registered trademarks and ten utility model patents, with an annual production capacity of more than one million fabric craft products.

From traditional labor-intensive processing to technology-enabled intelligent manufacturing, Xiyue Home Textile has built strong capabilities through technological innovation and expanded overseas markets through its reputation for quality. It provides a replicable and promotable example for the high-quality development of county-level private enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of the traditional fabric industry.
