Current allowance
Where the agency commercial model provides a monthly free platform-usage allowance, eligible activity within that allowance does not incur the platform usage fee. Distribution and media costs remain separate.
Usage beyond the allowance
Once an agency crosses the account’s applicable monthly threshold, subsequent eligible PR usage may attract the configured platform usage percentage, normally deducted from the FirstPublisher Wallet.
Duplicate-account review
FirstPublisher may review signals such as overlapping business identity, account relationships, repeated signup patterns and device/network evidence. A shared office or IP address alone should not automatically determine abuse.
Administrative review
Potential abuse is classified for review. Administrators may mark separate legitimate businesses, link related accounts, restrict free usage or suspend clear abuse with an audit trail.
