The agency CRM is designed to remain available without a separate CRM subscription charge under the applicable agency commercial model.
Distribution purchases
Agencies purchase distribution, credits and eligible media add-ons according to the private pricing assigned to their account. Agencies may set their own downstream client prices.
Platform usage
Where the account includes a monthly free platform-usage allowance, usage beyond that allowance may attract the configured percentage fee under the Fair Usage and account commercial terms.
