MEDIA POLICY

Media & Distribution Policy

Selecting a media destination starts a workflow; it does not create an unconditional promise that a third-party outlet will publish.

Media destinations

Financial Content, StreetInsider and other configured destinations may represent categorisation, distribution or optional media workflows. Their availability and commercial treatment are shown to the authorised agency account.

Third-party control

Independent media outlets, networks and service providers control their own editorial, technical, compliance and availability decisions. FirstPublisher cannot compel a third party to accept, retain or index content.

Placement evidence

A placement is treated as published when FirstPublisher receives or records sufficient publication evidence such as a valid live URL or provider status. Reports should distinguish submitted, pending and published outcomes.

Changes and removals

Third-party URLs, pages, indexing and analytics can change after delivery. If an outlet removes or modifies content, FirstPublisher will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee restoration.
