Corrections
The submitting agency should open a support ticket identifying the release URL, exact incorrect statement, corrected wording and reason. FirstPublisher may require confirmation from the authorised agency/client contact.
Updates
Non-material updates may be handled as an update or new release depending on publication status and downstream syndication. Changing an already published canonical slug is strongly discouraged.
Removal requests
Removal is reviewed for legal, rights, privacy, fraud, security and verified client-authority reasons. Removal from FirstPublisher does not automatically remove copies already syndicated or indexed elsewhere.
URL preservation
Migrated/indexed press release slugs are preserved. For future content, any exceptional published-URL change should use a one-to-one permanent redirect and updated canonical/internal references.
