No unlawful or deceptive use
Do not use FirstPublisher for fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful financial solicitation, fabricated evidence, illegal goods/services, rights infringement or evasion of legal restrictions.
No platform abuse
Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, share credentials improperly, interfere with another tenant or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
No distribution manipulation
Do not create duplicate accounts or artificial traffic to evade usage policies, inflate analytics or misrepresent distribution results.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant logs, restrict affected features and suspend accounts where reasonably required to protect users, publishers or the platform.
