Melekel x Nike Air Force One Collab Honors Reggae Dancehall Culture and Global Impact
WASHINGTON, Ore. – In a groundbreaking and unprecedented move, global sportswear giant Nike has officially partnered with Gold Recording Artist, Author, and International Reggae and Dancehall Superstar Melekel Melachim to release a special edition Air Force One sneaker. This collaboration marks the first-ever partnership between Nike and a reggae dancehall artist, making it a monumental moment in music, fashion, and cultural history.
The Air Force One x Melekel edition is more than a shoe; it is a statement. Fusing Melekel’s signature style, Rastafarian roots, and bold artistic vision with Nike’s timeless streetwear staple, the collab stands as a tribute to individuality, global influence, and creative legacy. The design reflects the essence of reggae and dancehall culture with symbolic nods to unity, power, and heritage, all deeply aligned with Melekel’s image and message.
