ATLANTA – The Spin Awards Weekend Experience, the nation’s only event exclusively honoring those who spin Christian Gospel music on radio, is thrilled to announce that Grammy-nominated and Dove Award–winning worship leader, Martha Munizzi, will serve as a special presenter during the Main Awards Ceremony on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Aurora Theatre in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Munizzi, widely recognized for her groundbreaking anthem “Because of Who You Are” and her dynamic role in modern praise and worship, will join The Spin Awards to present one of the evening’s top special awards during the Main Ceremony. Her presence underscores the Spin Awards’ commitment to bridging the artistry of Gospel music with the faithful voices of radio announcers, program directors, and station owners who keep the message alive — all while bringing glory to the Lord’s name

The Spin Awards Weekend Experience, running October 23–25, 2025, features a three-day lineup of free showcases, workshops, and worship gatherings at the Embassy Suites ATL Airport, capped by the red-carpet Main Awards Ceremony at the Aurora Theatre. Highlights include the inaugural Tracy Morgan Excellence in Broadcasting Award, the Everett Drake Distinction in Radio Award, and a performance by Grammy & Dove Award winner Rudy Currence on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. The celebration will also feature appearances by Canton Jones, EMCEE N.I.C.E., Trevone Perry, The Patricks, Johnny Sanders, Kiara Nicole Hicks, and many others.
