NEW YORK MILLS, N.Y. – Unity7 Entertainment artist Alantra_worldwide is on the fast track to success following the release of her single, “Freak Show,” from the forthcoming album Claim to Fame. The beautiful Georgia peach has been on a media blitz which has included making appearances with Right On! Digital CEO/Publisher Cynthia Horner on the red carpet where she posed with such artists as Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and Anthony Hamilton at the Living Legends Foundation Gala.
Following these high profile appearances, Alantra shifted to repping for her label at an exclusive listening party where media and celebrities, including “Tulsa King” star paid homage to this budding artist.
But the piece of resistance was having the opportunity to open for Hip Hop Queen Bee, Lil’ Kim, at AIR in Washington, D.C. “That appearance was so surreal,” Alantra reflected about the show. “I didn’t know what to say when I saw my name on the marquee alongside of the women who inspired so many of us who have followed her career. Just to be in the same venue was an honor, and meeting her was so special. I am deeply grateful for having had to have the chance to do what I love best–performing. Knowing that Lil’ Kim was going to be on the stage after my set was probably one of the best and unforgettable moments of my life.”
Known for her dynamic style and empowering lyrics, Alantra, also known by her moniker Yedda Mami, has since slayed on R&B Versus Atlanta, iHeartRadio, and she found herself hitting the club in scenes from “Love & Hip Hop ” alongside one of the stars, Lil Scrappy and his crew!
