TORONTO – AvranceCorp Developments (“AvranceCorp” or “the Company”), a Tarion-licensed Canadian real estate developer with a growing portfolio across Ontario and the United States, is finalizing its new corporate headquarters at 2810 Matheson Boulevard East, in Mississauga, Ontario.

The flagship location, located in the heart of Mississauga’s commercial corridor, marks an important milestone in AvranceCorp’s evolution as it scales its operations going into 2026. The move, scheduled for November, supports AvranceCorp’s ongoing growth trajectory as it continues to deliver high-quality, community-focused developments across the province.

“Establishing our new headquarters in Mississauga is both a practical and symbolic step for AvranceCorp,” CEO and founder Samuel Babarinde explained. “It reflects how far we’ve come since our founding in 2016 and positions us for the next stage of our growth, expanding our team, improving collaboration with our investors and municipal partners, and delivering on our mission to build communities that stand the test of time.”

AvranceCorp’s new office will serve as a senior leadership hub for overseeing its pipeline of projects across Ontario. Some of these developments include the Georgia Bay Terrace and Georgia Bay Harbour projects in Meaford, and the T City Townhouse and T City Condos Phase I and II projects in Toronto.

In addition, the new office will serve as the headquarters of AvranceCorp Capital Management (ACM), the company’s private capital solutions arm. Tailored to address the financing needs of Canada’s lower mid-market and high-growth real estate sectors, ACM is led by President Ravi Thakur, whose leadership will drive innovative capital formation strategies and strategic partnerships across AvranceCorp’s expanding portfolio.

The premises at 1-4205 Keele Street, Toronto will be retained by AvranceCorp Developments to strengthen and maintain its metropolitan presence. This location will continue to operate as the company’s central hub for Development, Construction, and Sales operations.

The new Mississauga headquarters will help facilitate design, planning, project management, investor relations, legal and finance, under one collaborative roof. This centralization is intended to streamline project execution and reinforce the company’s reputation for transparency, efficiency, and excellence.

“Our new home at 2810 Matheson Boulevard East represents the foundation for our next decade of innovation and delivery,” Babarinde added. “It’s where we’ll continue to design, build, and invest in communities that define the future of Ontario living.”
