DETROIT – Metro Detroit author Samantha Smith announces the release of her debut book, Possibilities of Hope—a deeply personal and faith-filled journey through trauma, generational pain, grief, and ultimately, healing. The book is now available on Amazon.
After losing her mother to COVID-19, Smith faced a level of grief that seemed insurmountable. Yet through faith, truth-telling, and her determination to heal, Smith began transforming her pain into purpose through the creation of Possibilities of Hope.
Blending poetry, reflections, and personal testimony, the book speaks to anyone who has ever felt forgotten, broken, or uncertain about how to move forward. At its core, Possibilities of Hope is a reminder that healing is possible—even after the deepest losses.
“Possibilities of Hope was born from a vision to remind people that no matter the battles they face, hope is real, healing is possible, and brighter days are ahead,” said Smith.
More than just a book, Possibilities of Hope is an invitation—to grieve honestly, confront difficult truths, and embrace faith as a pathway to transformation.
To celebrate the release, Smith will host the official launch of Possibilities of Hope at Brix Wine located at 1588 Franklin St, in Downtown Detroit. The event will feature live music, refreshments and admission including an autographed copy of the book. Tickets are available at Eventbrite.
