PGM Moves Toward Nasdaq Listing, Opening a New Chapter for the Global Advertising Rights Industry

NEW YORK · Asia/Singapore

Pinnacle Global Media (PGM), a global advertising rights and digital advertising services group, announced that its listing preparations are continuing to move forward. The company has entered the equity restructuring and internal management system development stage of its planned initial public offering (IPO). PGM has previously completed its institutional investor roadshow and is now working with its lead underwriter and other professional advisers on preparations for share pricing and allocation.

The IPO is being led by Barclays Capital PLC as lead underwriter and sponsor, with Rothschild & Co serving as independent financial adviser. Based on current market feedback and the company’s valuation data, PGM’s initial offering price is expected to be US$20.70 per share, with an estimated company valuation of approximately US$5.49 billion.

Key Financial and Business Highlights

PGM has maintained steady business growth in recent years. Revenue increased from £108 million in 2023 to £134 million in 2024, and further increased to £155 million in 2025, representing an average annual growth rate of approximately 12%–14%. The company has maintained a gross margin of approximately 32%, while its EBITDA margin has remained above 18% over the past three years.

On the business side, PGM continues to develop its global advertising rights, digital advertising promotion and brand partnership businesses. The company uses digital technology to improve advertising distribution efficiency and expand market reach. PGM maintains long-term business relationships with a number of international brands and partners, helping partner brands increase advertising exposure and market visibility through different advertising channels. Its top ten business partners account for approximately 49% of total revenue, with a client renewal rate of 93%.

IPO Process and Current Progress

PGM has completed its institutional investor roadshow. The management team has held discussions with more than 20 international investment institutions, presenting the company’s long-term plans in digital advertising, AI-powered advertising technology, advertising rights management and global market expansion.

According to the company’s current listing schedule, PGM completed the relevant NASDAQ listing review stage on August 24, 2026. The company is currently working with Barclays Capital and the relevant audit teams on market feedback and financial review procedures. The work primarily covers the company’s three-year financial information, cash flow, valuation of advertising rights and related business assets, as well as internal risk management and compliance systems.

Following completion of the relevant review and feedback process, Barclays Capital will further determine the final offering price range and share allocation plan based on market conditions, investor demand and the relevant listing arrangements. Under the company’s current timetable, PGM expects to continue completing the remaining IPO procedures over the next three months and move forward with preparations for trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market in the United States.

PGM’s management team stated:

“We highly value feedback from global capital markets and our business partners. PGM will continue to advance digital advertising, advertising rights management and AI-powered advertising technology while strengthening its global advertising service capabilities. This IPO represents an important step in PGM’s development, and we hope that the company’s long-term growth will create more opportunities and lasting value for our partners, brand clients and employees around the world.”
