SYDNEY – Kudosity has announced the appointment of Jules Holden, who brings deep expertise across ecommerce and retail, customer experience, and enterprise software. With a strong track record at Yotpo supporting high growth brands across APAC, Jules strengthens Kudosity’s commitment to delivering high performing solutions for customers and partners.

Holden will lead the expansion of Kudosity’s Partnership Channel while supporting strategic customers across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. His focus on customer centricity and delivering joint value aligns with Kudosity’s vision for scalable, modern messaging that powers meaningful interactions throughout the customer journey.

Tori Starkey, Director, Kudosity, and Jules’ manager, said his appointment is an exciting step in strengthening the company’s integrated Go To Market team.

“Jules joins a unified Go-To-Market organisation that looks after the full customer lifecycle from GTM planning and BI through to operations, sales, marketing, customer success and support. He brings a rare mix of technical understanding, proven partnership enablement and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

Kudosity CEO Alex Macpherson said the appointment reflects both the strong position of the business and the ambitious product roadmap ahead.

“Our business is in excellent health and our roadmap for 2026 reflects where the industry is heading. We are investing heavily in omnichannel capabilities and deeper integrations to help our customers meet their customers wherever they are. Jules brings experience and perspective that will accelerate our growth in these areas and support the continued success of our partners across the region.”

Holden will be based in Kudosity’s Sydney office. He said he is energised by the opportunity ahead. “I’m excited to join Kudosity at a time when customers are looking for genuine partners who can help them grow. The channel has significant potential and I’m looking forward to working closely with our partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for brands across the region.”
