HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Rod Duke, President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualis, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Keel to Senior Vice President of Program Control, Billings, and Pricing.
In this role, Ms. Keel leads enterprise-wide financial execution across Qualis’ contract portfolio, overseeing program control, cost and schedule performance, billing accuracy, and pricing strategy. She works closely with executive leadership, program managers, and customers to ensure disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and financial transparency.
With more than 25 years of government accounting experience and over 15 years at Qualis, Ms. Keel has been instrumental in strengthening financial rigor, supporting complex proposal efforts, and enabling scalable growth across the company’s Space and Defense Systems programs.
